Are you interested in a design and building package?

JDesign Director, Jaylee Fitzpatrick, is both a registered builder and building designer. This means we are able to offer a complete custom design and construct.

Custom design is attainable for every client, it doesn’t have to cost a ridiculous amount, and we can work with you and your budget to create a stress-free process.

With a registered builder overseeing all aspects of the design and building process, the end result is second to none. This approach gives clients the freedom to create their own homes, with the reassurance that the company director is personally managing their project.

Unit & Townhouse Development.

Are you interested in developing a property?

JDesign Group specialises in Unit and Townhouse Developments. With years of development experience, we will assist you in creating a development proposal that perfectly suits your brief.

We deal with all aspects of town planning including the pre-application meeting, council liaising and organising all relevant reports and drawings. Once the town planning process is approved, we then create highly accurate working drawings for construction use and organise all that is required for the building permit.

Developing a property can often be a demanding and complicated process. It is JDesign Group’s expertise and experience in Unit and Townhouse Developments that will guarantee a seamless process for all involved.

We also offer a Design and Construction option for Unit and Townhouse Developments.

We have found this to be ideal for small investors as we can deliver the whole package. As a niche business, we’re able to form close relationships with our client/developer and form mutual trust.
